Yes a dark blue bobble hat, in 93:20 they are nice but a bit cheesy! No booklet at all though, I've no idea why they thought don't give them a booklet but give them a hat.

Any other season ticket holdes had the random "Thank you for purchasing your Cityzens Adult Membership for the 17/18 season" email?

It tells me I'll have priority to buy home league game tickets and will arrive in the next 4 weeks - but I am a season ticket holder?

Checked my account, and both my tickets show as Gold Season tickets - one of them has already arrived...worried there is some f up with the second!

EDIT: just checked my account history, my first cars shows printer number "34860" and second one shows "37900" so it's probably just a run or two behind my first one.

The cleaning staff at the Etihad would be with you 100% on that idea mate. Anywhere else in fact. I bet the poor buggers' hearts sank when they found out what the sweeping up duties were going to be first game.

You're the only one with a bobble hat. We've all received a 'wheres Matty' game card in our packs. The first person to spot you gets a free pint at half time.

I asked them to be sent to a different address 4 years ago due to a house move, they could not do this as the labels were printed in early July but you could still customise your car.

The tickets were retrieved from the old house and which was being done up by builders. The first home game when it was pissing down v Livepool the tickets didn't work, took half an hour to get in and there was no roof.

I rang support services who claimed I had cancelled then a the week before, and they would have replacement at he next game.

Same here, even after updating my personal details online months in advance and follow-up calls.

Not overly impressed with the scarf and hat think I'd of preferred a book, or even better none of it and a cheaper seasoncard
