My lad just found out that his was a 'failed delivery' on the 24th - they couldn't identify delivery address! He will have to wait until it's returned to the club. Paper tickets if it doesn't turn up

Just ring the club and get them to email you an e-ticket if your SC doesn't arrive in time.

He did. They said they will send paper tickets until seasoncard turns up

There is definitely a problem with the address labels they are using. My address was mostly missing. Only received it because of some good detective work by the postie. Although I do live in a small town.
