Seasoncards to be sent out. Paper tkts possible for Watford

I had a call from the ticket office this morning. I had moved to South Stand Level 1, Block: 114, Row: C, Seat: 377. Just found out this seat does not exist and I need to relocate four days before the first match and when all the decent seats have gone. :-[

Is this just one entire aisle of seats removed from the end of every row or something do you know? No access to my new seat details at the minute and can't make a call either but i know i'm reasonably close to that and i'm wondering now if i'm to expect a call soon too. It's pathetic from the club, i've never ever slagged them off and i feel for the guys in the ticket office because ultimately it's not their fault but we seemingly have no senior person to contact for matters like this so they will wrongly suffer the abuse the club deserve.

I'd kick up as much fuss as possible if i were you mate, don't let them fob you off with a "sorry, but deal with it" even if it ends with negative press. Most people choose their seats 3 months ago, and paid for it too and yet they wait until 4 days before the first game to tell you you've infact paid for a seat that doesn't actually exist. It's unacceptable, you've no choice now where you sit and are unlikely to be near people you may have moved with or moved to be near to and they don't even offer you any form of compensation for such a cock up?

Me and the wife are in 377 and 378 (or 376), Block 114, Row K - No season ticket, no emails, no phone calls -I will be really fucked off if I have to find out that these seats do not exist on a public forum, 4 days before the season starts.

Moved to this area from 110 where there was banter and standing already but wanted to be part of the clubs initiaitve - more fool me .

We are writing to update you on the status of your seasoncard welcome pack for our new Premium Seat experience, 93:20, a glorious split-second, from a momentous match in our history.

The welcome packs are being fulfilled and will be posted out to you this week, and will be with you in time for the opening home game of the season with Chelsea, Sunday 16th August 2015. If you do not receive your pack in time for the game on Sunday, please contact the Premium Seat team on 0161 444 1894, option 1, option 6.

As well as your seasoncards and welcome gifts, you will also receive a programme voucher booklet. You will be able to redeem a voucher for a programme at every home league game, at any programme booth at the stadium. There will also be dedicated programme booths for 93:20 members only at the entry points at towers R and J.
The last point we would like to raise relates to away ticket application. 93:20 seasoncard holders can apply for away tickets in the same was as general admission seasoncard holders, in line with the Club’s official 2015/16
Away Match Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Please remember, 93:20 opens 90 minutes before kick-off, is open at half time, and remains open for an hour after the final whistle. Please arrive early to make the most of your new surroundings.


We look forward to welcoming you to your new home at the expanded Etihad Stadium.

Needless to say, I am still waiting for it to arrive and when I contacted the ticket office 1st thing this morning, the girl really didn't inspire any confidence that I would get it in time.

For those in my position who are thinking a paper ticket is the only option for Sunday, has the TO said we can collect these on the day or will they be posted out?

I got the same email at 16:15 yesterday,just got a text off my lad saying they've arrived.....happy days :)
