Seasoncards to be sent out. Paper tkts possible for Watford

Called them today and they told me it was sent yesterday which is exactly the same as they told me on Tuesday so that appears to be their default answer rather than the reality. Looks like there are going to be some long queues on Sunday.
 
My 93.20 ticket came this morning. Lovely box, scarf and a little video of Agueros goal. oh and a wallet and programme vouchers.

Yes - great presentation box. Got back from being away on business last night and the 3 boxes were waiting for me - joined the wife and daughter up as well. My daughter played the Aguero vid non-stop for an hour. Great to get them hooked young.
 
This is very poor customer service, planning and embarrassing for the club.

Just called the club after waiting 20 mins in a que for the 2nd time this week.

Monday Im told it has been dispatched yesterday Im told it just gone to print and today Im told they have technical issues with the chip in my card and it should be dispatched tomorrow. It is clear they are lying or being told to use these lines. Heres a tip just tell the bloody truth.

I have very little trust in what I am told so have asked if I can have a paper ticket and I will collect today as I don't want to be in another que before the match at weekend. They said "yes I can". Its clear they have little faith my ticket will arrive before weekend as well to offer the paper ticket.

Total shambles I ordered my ticket on the first day of renewals and we are now 2nd week into season.

Lets scrap renewals and just bloody keep your old card!!!!

Looks like I was wrong. Both our season cards just arrived (didn't receive any emails or texts though). Nice gift set. Very happy now and can't wait to sit in our new seats for the game on Sunday.

if i was you pal i'd get there early as some fucker might be in your seat,i wouldn't trust these wankers to get anything right
 
just rang, mine was printed Monday & should be with me any time soon, but as a precaution they are sending me a paper ticket , but as a precuation if the paper ticket does not ariive i can nip down saturday or arrive early sunday
the young man on the phone was very polite & as helpful as he could be in the circumstances
