I have very little trust in what I am told so have asked if I can have a paper ticket and I will collect today as I don't want to be in another que before the match at weekend. They said "yes I can". Its clear they have little faith my ticket will arrive before weekend as well to offer the paper ticket.

Total shambles I ordered my ticket on the first day of renewals and we are now 2nd week into season.

Lets scrap renewals and just bloody keep your old card!!!!

Some people must have not a lot to worry in life. If it comes it comes - 99.9% will arrive in time. If you are an unlucky one - you might have to queue for ten minutes. You will still get in. Shit happens.
 
3 packages (for myself and the 2 gremlets) containing the 93:20 welcome packs and cards have finally arrived at home, apparently, following a number of calls to customer services. Gremlet #1 has declared the Aguero goal thingy to be 'really cool'.

Looks like they are starting to get through - hope other blues get them in time for Sunday.

Really looking forward to the match now!

is your "shit happens" post serious?...some of us have paid almost double for our cards this season and we should put having to queue up for the privledge as down to "shit happens".....your name isn't Jack by any chance is it?

I bet you your ticket arrives in the next day or so. Anyway mine has in a lovely box with a free scarf and a wallet and a great video of Aguero scoring which i have been playing to the Rags all morning. On Sunday I will be watching an amazing team in an incredible stadium. Some people just like to moan. Why waste your energy worrying until the absolute disaster of having to potentially queue for a few minutes happens?

a few impatient nobs on here - whats the worst that can happen - 10 minutes out of you precious lives in a queue - possibly you might get them back by stopping till the end of the game, who knows?
