Seasoncards to be sent out. Paper tkts possible for Watford

Looking at the @mcfchelp Twitter theres lots saying it's not personalised so seems like a major cock up.
Not a huge deal for me but not great when they offer you a service, you take it up then they dont deliver
 
Mine didn't have a personalised picture. Mind you I didn't do one so maybe that's why.
 
I called the club earlier and they will re-send the cards with the pictures on but it wont happen until at least the third home game
 
I got three text messages yesterday saying my season cards were on their way. One came, the other two didn't.

The big question is, how long should I leave it before I start to flap?
 
Seems that most haven't got their personalised pictures on. Mines got some generic computer generated image of the new stand.

Oh well...as long as it gets me into the ground i'm not arsed. Seems daft to give people the option if they aren't gonna print them right.

Couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery so i don't know why they over complicate things for themselves by giving people an option to personalise them
 
Mine came yesterday in a big box with a rubber wristband and a booklet '50 greatest Etihad moments' I got a text to my phone as it dropped onto the mat saying it had been delivered and another a couple of hours later by Royal Mail saying it was on it's way lol!
 
It still shocks me that they don't realise how dreadful the ticket website is.

Loads of fans, including myself, selected the Direct Debit option but the system reverted us to one full payment. Lucky I had screenshots of my payment confirmation so got a full refund.

Now it turns out the system isn't even picking up pictures to put on our season cards.

I can't even log into the site on my iPhone. It says I'm logged in but when I click 'my account' it asks me to log in again. This cycle repeats.
 
Im still waiting for mine and my sons sc..but...a few weeks back when you could upload or choose a pic of your own,i did just that,then a week or so after that I kept getting emails and texts telling me it was my last few days to " personalise our cards "...so I logged back in but what id originally chose was already there...I still might have those pics when I get it.
