I wouldn't give up hope just yet. Even Villa tickets were popping up on the day of the game last May. Bayern at home had 17 seats become available in EL3 an hour ago.

Sorry I’m an amateur- it’s 2000 out of the blocks on sale - I think there’s still 3 held back - I think that would take it up to close to 5000 still to sellOut of 34k?

I was at the League Cup Final. I was very young with my Dad.
Snow all the way there. We played football in the snow at the services on the way, and met Peter Purves off Blue Peter with his wife and kids.
Happy times.

A West Brom supporter was sharing fox's glacier mints with us at the match. Very civilised.Snow all the way there. We played football in the snow at the services on the way, and met Peter Purves off Blue Peter with his wife and kids.

It was a similar atmosphere in 1976 against Newcastle. We walked through the car park to the coaches with Newcastle fans and their driver gave us two bottles of Newcastle Brown when we were chatting.
1974 wasn't quite as friendly but that was probably more to do with the fact that we didn't win...
