What’s the crack with the rearranged fixture against Spurs with the people who put the game on the exchange but are now able to go to the new fixture? They said they would be in contact with those supporters but I’ve heard nothing. Only just seen it’s next month so I’ll be ringing them on Wednesday.

You should have had an email last month asking you to indicate whether you wanted to go now it’s rearranged. If you didn’t fill that in I’d suggest you ain’t going as they will have confirmed with whoever bought it originally. Of course, if it gets rearranged again, I’d imagine they’ll do a similar thing.

Yep, I found it this morning after reading the post above mine. Shit system, they should become available for you to use again without having to do anything.

I suppose the problem is they might have been bought as a pair, if there were two together, so just releasing them back could cause all sorts of issues. Me and my lad put them up as we were away but now it’s rearranged I’m able to attend but he still can’t (lives in Sussex so Thursday night isn’t ideal for him!).

Absolutely mental this. Just went on to see if I could get my lad a ticket, range for remaining tickets £68-£85 for adults! 40 quid for a junior not really floating my boat either.

Same as myself. Sold 2 on TX quickly first time round and the had the chance to pull ticket back. Considered it but was only a small window so left it. 1 ticket sold asap and the other just recently. I’ll get my £90 and city will make their £140.

It was one of the top 5 instant refund games I think so as soon as you list your were guaranteed a refund, irreverent of sold or not. Don’t think it was the case for rearranged fixture (prob some hidden city term)
