Seat Counters - 2022/23

Round about 1100 tickets left for Thursday.

Think City will have to have a re-think of the prices for when we extend to 60,000 as we would have over 7,000 available which is a lot
Playing normal football clubs allows City to sell tickets freely, playing these feral cunts means we always have restrictions in place be it at home or Wembley

Let's bump this thread.

Liverpool at home in the Carabao:

Stand: Available seats
ESL3: 1,105
ESL2: 1
NSL2: 58 (including 4 in NW corner)
CBL3: 869
CBL2: 18

Total around 12:30 on 16/12/2022: 2,051

I'd imagine it's very likely to sell out. It will definitely be a 50k+ game - although there could be quite a large number of spare tickets for those on the cup scheme who can't attend. A brilliant turnout. I remember playing Liverpool in the semi-final of the competition 10 years ago and (from memory) I believe the attendance was under 40k.
As it stands at 11am today:

Stand: Available seats
ESL3: 554
ESL2: 2
NSL2: 4 (all 4 in NW corner)
CBL3: 598
CBL1: 51

Total is: 1,209

I presume the club has had some returns. For example, the 51 tickets in CBL1 are all in block 131. They're all bunched together. In Block 303, the vast majority of free seats are bunched together.

There's obviously a reason behind it, but it kind of renders our seat counting pointless, because it's likely there are more seats that are empty but haven't been added to the planner yet.

Anyway, we're still looking at 50k+ for a midweek cup game a few days before Christmas, so nothing to be ashamed of. I still think there's a good chance this sells out.

It's a really good effort considering it's on TV, just before Christmas and there are restrictions in place to stop the dippers causing a riot.

I am led to believe from my mate in the ticket office they are changing the criteria from 3 previous games to 1 for this fixture, in a bid to shift the remaining tickets.

It'll probably be a little too late to make a great impact now. Presumably, a lot of these fans would have had to make travel arrangements a while ago.

1 - if we win it again, no one has won more League Cups than us.
2 - if we get to Wembley we get around 10k more final tickets compared to the FA cup.
3 - ticket prices are generally cheaper compared to the FA cup
4 - The FA cup semis/final could interfere with the run in more than a League cup final would

(I would rather us try and win both, I'm just playing devil's advocate).

Well I suppose the Rags didn't bother with the the FA Cup to concentrate on other things, so we could follow in their footsteps.
1969 my first cup final. Camped in a square in London with my dad, had a gas ring to cook up some grub. Got lost on Petticoat Lane market on the Sunday. My first , shame if I have seen my last, as we are too big for it.
Naughty devil's advocate person.

If tickets remained we used to sell 1000+ on the last day of sale. I predict a fast sell out if they reduce the ticket criteria.
