Seat Counters - 2024/25

Showing on the website that there 1,250 tickets on sale for today's game but with the stupid prices they ain't going to sell can't blame anyone not paying that

If a adult wanted to take there kid and sit on the back row of ssl 3 it's £94 the under 18 ticket it is £3 more than the away fans adult ticket sat in the same stand

Fair points. Plus the current fake season cards, where a holder can list or transfer every ticket, has a bigger impact for lower profile home games.
Season ticket holder for near 40 years

Never once have I considered listing it, and before that was an option the odd game I couldn't make I pased it on to our kid, probably 3 / 4 times max in all that time.

As much as I like the Exchange option, using it regularly defeats the object of a S/T.

For people who do it regularly, then the much maligned Flexi Gold is a better option.

Is there a limit on how many times you can list your S/T, if not there should be.

i thought there was a limit on how many times you could list ?

but yes agree £61 for today is a joke, know quite a few lads who have stopped going due to the cost and i'm not far behind.

prices should be published at the start of each season, and go back to putting tickets on sale 3 weeks before a game. none of this put them on sale in June / July with a 3 hour window.
Danny Wilson should hang his head in shame

There is no limit as far as I’m aware.

The club really need to be paying attention. Those prices coupled with a prolonged repeat of this seasons on field performances in the next couple of years, will result in swathes of empty seats. I'm convinced of it.

Son can’t go today. Wife was willing to upgrade his ticket from U21 to adult and go in his place. Son membership ran out mid season (unbeknown to him) and wife not a member. Other son spoke to city and they said categorically there is nothing they can do and that the seat would have to remain empty. Great strategy city. Fucking hate this club atm (not the players/managers)

Can't you xfer it to your account and then upgrade it?

I know you can have more than one ticket on phone, but maybe also more than one a supporters number?

Since they will be fleeced of an additional £150 and, as far as we know, will never be able to switch back, who in their right mind would choose to switch from a regular season ticket to a flexi gold? We might make some progress if we take away the £150 and allow people to alternate between the two options. Until then, most people will rightfully stick two fingers up to the club and continue to utilize the exchange.

Yes it’s the levers /dis- incentives that are the problem. That doesn’t change the fact that are bigger barrier to getting families sat together inc. season card hoarders.

City can ditch flexi-golds by all means as long as we ditch the pretence that we have genuine season cards when they can be listed or transferred for 19 out of 19 games. Take the best elements of both and you would have a decent product (including slashing the F-G set up fees).

Just use the ticket anyway, stewards don’t check what colour light comes on they are too busy chatting to notice.

Yeh thought of that but I've seen quite a few caught out doing that plus I'm autistic so will fret about it all the way from Uttoxeter to Manchester - I've got enough to stress about with this team at the moment. I'll prob just give it to a young 'un if they look like they need a ticket outside the ground.

Hasn't this been done to death though?

Don't FG holders get tickets at a lower price? Genuinely don't know thd Adults match day prices.

I know for a fact the Junior ones do though.

And one would expect to pay a reservation fee for something, anything.

The suggestion a FG ticket should not incur a 1 off fee is ludicrous tbh.

Full S/T's should still be an option though.

Anyone who has had their ticket returned from the Exchange might still get a sale on the FV pages. A few tickets are still moving at below FV

So now the season card holders, who tried to return their tickets have had their seats taken off the planner. Where do the tickets left on the planner now come from? There's a fair few all over the ground. If this game sold out in July as the club said. Whose tickets were these? Agencies? Staff ? There should be non available surely once the 3hr before deadline goes for season tickets returns/ exchange.

I assume my mates will still be there. He was a season ticket holder but sadly passed before Christmas. Noticed it was available earlier today. Albeit, that’s only one seat.

The lack of attendance by season ticket holders is a result of previous years when they were offered on a first-come, first-served basis instead of having certain attendance requirements. In order to guarantee a seat at the biggest games, people picked them up. Identifying the regular match day attendees and offering season tickets to them is not difficult. With the 15 games attended requirement over the past two seasons for the flexi golds, they made a small improvement, but I still believe that is too loose. They ought to start with the fans who have been to the most games throughout the past two seasons and work their way down. It's a good move to allow current season ticket holders to purchase one for their children though.

Additionally, after three seasons on FG, people should have the option to transfer to regular season tickets if they so choose. Do away with the £150/£75 cost. As long as current season ticket holders fulfil attendance criteria, they ought to be free to flip between the two.

For any future ST sales no reason why they couldn't move down in sales windows from 20, 15, 10, ect, games attended in the last 2 seasons like they do with the sale windows by ticket points system for away games.
