Seat Counters - 2024/25

We have some absolutely shit posters on here too, give your moaning a fucking rest.
Every time we get to Wembley there's a disgraceful pile on with Blues calling out Blues on this forum.
When this sells out, will you be back on here saying a fantastic effort or are your kneejerk remarks saved for pre-sellout slagging off of our support?

Fucking sickens me.
Spot on. Many people are on their arse financially at the moment, but the world is full of attention seeking keyboard warriors who think it's ok to have a go at others.

I should know the answer to this but, if you’re a ST holder and have already got a ticket, can you get another one at 3?
No, not yet. 3pm is for all Cityzens match day and Cityzens junior members who don't have an FA Cup purchase history since the 2022/23 season. Difficult to know how big that queue will be - could potentially be huge I suppose - but I'm sure some will remain after that so expect new criteria to be announced that allows ST holders then members to buy extra tickets

Plenty admitting they cannot be arsed on social media, so to my mind that is shite, pleased we have a new generation of fans willing to take up the slack, as opposed to the moaning fuckers who moan about never getting away tickets, and when the opportunity comes along they don't bother, fucking sickens me.
If people are saying they ‘can’t be arsed’ that’s one thing… but there are tons of factors at play.

Loads of people are skint and this is our 7th FA cup semi final on the bounce. Can’t blame loads of working class northerners for not wanting to spend £100+ (as well as the time commitment on a Sunday) on this.

I’m not going personally as I’m running the Manchester Marathon that day (and London Marathon takes place on the 27th too).

We will sell more than 25k seats, which is absolutely brilliant, everything considered.

Give it rest will you.

Looking at the previous few years Semi Finals, the drop to all matchday members is always a big window. You're absolutely right though, they need to allow people to buy extras asap, I'm surprised they haven't already.

You’ve got to love the seat counter thread when it’s a Wembley semi.
Cup semis are the highlight of the year for us Seat Counters.

Cup finals are the same as away games. You can count seats but the only issue is how many points will it sell out at. There's no jeapordy. One seat counter can hold the fort easily on this with a cursory log in or two a day.

Home games are routine. They sell out, the seat exchange tickets appear, the flappers flap and need the system explaining to them. Simple stuff

Semis are different. The reputation of the club is at stake - we got pilloried for not selling out against Liverpool once snd thast ramped things up. They have it all: queues, points window, disputes about the criteria, flappers, guesswork, greyed out blocks etc. It all kicks off. This thread gets busy. This is when you need your hardcore Seat Counters. They need to have monitored from the start including the allocation and the seats held back. Greenhorn Seat Counters get things wrong as they can't see the bigger picture.

This fortnight is a Seat Counter's Christmas. You should all be grateful.

Absolute seat counting gold. The elite seat counters on here get to hit their straps - they are the real heroes in this panto - the moaners chime in, the worry warts come along about how it will look and the same spectacle plays out every season. "Unbelievable Jeff"

Really very therapeutic getting your spreadsheet going and updating it frequently. Amazing how some blocks actually show more tickets available than the last time you looked.

Citizen members have got us out of the shit for the last couple of semi finals but I wonder now we're not the best team in the land anymore and no Haaland whether the take up will be as high.

We will sell out

There are thousands of forest fans desperate to buy them. I have two mates pestering me to get them a ticket.

As a citizen member I always look to go to these semis at Wembley. We make a weekend of it. As a non-season ticket holder I’m resigned to not getting a ticket for finals (though I did manage it for Stoke - and Spurs!), so these games are great for the likes of me.

The stratified windows yesterday were brilliant (compared to how it used to be; the all or nothing Madrid semi for example), so I hope the club keep this up. It’s nice to log on at my allotted time and be 800 in the queue rather than 32,800.

Anyway, as others have said, 4.30 Sunday does us no favours, but I hope all the other citizens like me take up the tickets and we sell out :-)

I have a supporter number but as far as I’m aware I don’t have citizens membership. Will I be eligible to buy a ticket at any point ?

25k for a semi final is actually a lot.

Allocations for the likes of Villa Park back in the day were only 20k at most.

Taking into account ticket price, travel, food etc, it's really costly to go to Wembley, especially if you win, and you then have to pay even more just a month later.

If a semi final was at Old Trafford and we played Arsenal then we'd sell out and Arsenal probably wouldn't.
Shhhh, stop talking sense.

I'll back you up with the CS game v Chelsea at Villa park....they couldn't shift their allocation which was much less than Wembley and only half as far.
