Seat Counters - 2024/25

That message comes up if transferring a ticket to another fan. Interesting seeing City adopt such a tough approach - or at least seeming to - given the issues with opposition fans being in home areas in the past and the club doing next to nothing about it.
Just read they've sold 2700 and there are a further 1000 traveling over ticketless. So maybe with this info in mind city are doing all they can (albeit last minute) to mitigate the amount of tickets that end up in the hands of away fans.

When Wim and Dirk standing 7' tall and blonde collect their home end tickets from supporter services the club will say nowt. However to be fair there are Dutch fans at every UCL game, and they could be "City fans". I bet there are a few Sparta and Excelsior fans in tonight.

The clubs revenue on the gate is approximately 10% of our turnover. yet every game is squeeze it to the maximum, i have said it numerous times they price us like we have the fanbase of Utd and Liverpool where the slack it taken up easily, i don't blame anyone who has to buy more than one ticket fucking it off, minumum 100 quid night out for a mundane group game, the joy is being completely sucked out of it, attending each week seemed an affordable passion, now it feels like an expensive direct debit.

There could be trouble ahead....

Away fans should be in the wet seats with piss poor views and bad acoustics...110,111 and 113.

SSL3/2 & most of SSL1 should be all City.

9000 Blues in one end under a good roof with decent acoustics will make a racket.

Two ends are better than one !!

That would give them an advantage and you would need around 3 more blocks to get to the 3k.

Capacity of 110,111 and 113 ?

Praps a bit of 109 might need joining to 110 but it can be easily configured.

What advantages will be gained....awful view....awful acoustics....wet....City fans on top of them.

If those are the advantages the disadvantages can't be very appealing !!

The club should have given them more tickets up in SSL3 when they realised our ticket sales were slow. Would have meant fewer away fans in the home end.

We generally have quite a good relationship with Feyernoord fans. There's been a link between the two clubs for decades. When we last played them I went out drinking in town with some of their ultras, and we got invited to their bar in Holland before the away game.

If there are Feyernoord fans in the home end who are behaving, leave them to it.

Most vocal fans want to be pitch side, it helps the team, and even hospitality packages now state pitch side as a USP:

Fans can influence the ref and team being near, it is why the PL changed the rules to stop clubs putting all away fans high up.

Doesn't work for us at arse, spuds, wolves does it.

Best noise cascades downwards which is why speakers are placed high and vertically in stadiums, arenas etc....its an acoustic fact !!

9000 City fans in one end with good acoustics largely under the roof will make a bloody racket.

You can hardly hear the 'singing section' down in 110 !!

I've received that message and haven't transferred any tickets ever.

1770 on sale for Villa at 10am (+134 18-25 seats).

1770/3006 ≈ 58.9% allocated to points

If you include 18-25 in the points allocation then its:

1904/3006 ≈ 63.3% allocated to points
If there is on positive to the dip in form, it will push the prawn sandwich pot down plus the 12.30. This is the bare minimum it should be for away games.

And they speak better English than most of us.
