I think someone in the ticket office is reading this thread and trying to mess with the seat counters - tomorrow will be an up/down day in seat counting, and itll probably be Friday before the smoke clears and a true picture emerges.

Semi final seat counting is full of pitfalls and suprised, the next few days will be seismic, the club should release the rest of the cheaper seats
 
Apparently people via the supporters club will have a choice of which tickets they can buy instead of having 1 allocated to you which was the usual case.

They have different membership levels but they sold out at 1 per member (at no attendance required for mid level members or 1 fa cup game for lowest level members).

This is the message the OSCs were given about 3 hours ago. Usually they give you individual tickets but this time they haven't. No idea why but I've just had to purchase for all our members who are making the trip Screenshot_20250415_195629_Chrome.jpg

log out of your account and log back in again , about 4 blocks appear .

it 100% is a new process they are trialing for this semi - have provided my feedback already

There has been s cock up with the supporters clubs tickets .
You should have received a email today,telling you about it.
 
The whole ticket selling system is having a melt down, blocks continually appearing and disappearing, loads of seats showing then none, chose a block and it says no tickets available, then they disappear. FFS.
I’m trying to get my supposed reserve seat via the OSC, for which I’ve had an email saying it’s ready to purchase, but it won’t let me either confirm the purchase via my ticketing account, or via a block I might be able to choose from, but won’t let me either as it keeps fooling off into fresh air, you couldn’t make it up.

I'm a supporter club member and get all my away tickets through them. I had an email before saying exactly what I posted. I got my ticket individually so I didn't get a ticket allocated to me in the lower tier. I don't know how you think my post came across but I was just sharing what I recieved.

From our OSC "When you login you need to go to tickets men then select the fixture then choose where you want to sit and what price"
