Seat Counters - 2024/25

Because when row after row of seats, sometimes hundreds together in a block, all go on sale at the same moment, it's easy to figure out what's going on. I'll tell you one thing: season ticket holders have not returned them.
All those season ticket holders must have some sort of pact. All for one and one for all.

Indeed. There no way that all of these people are in a group chat and all coördianted to not attend tonight in these exact chunks of seats:

Just no way that’s not returned tickets by the club’s ticket tout partners because tourists can’t be arsed with us while Haaland isn’t playing and while we’re not providing them with reflected glory in their lives because we aren’t winning the PL/CL.

For the people who went tonight well done.
Was a top atmosphere at the back of ss3 and from where I was most people stayed till the end. We know who we are.
For the can't be arsers who have an excuse for every game they can't be arsed go back to watching sky sports. Hopefully the club realise this and somehow reward the actual fans who can be bothered .

I don't need replies from people who make 200 mile trips etc or working on a Tuesday night etc.
The people who this is about know exactly who this is about.

There's not much seat counting discussion taking place. This thread is for our excellent dedicated seat counters. There's other threads for season tickets and seat allocations and the club taking the piss.
How many left for Wembley ?? CTID

Mate..i wd say still lucky to have shifted 27k..possibly 28k...there were more returned tickets yesterday..I doubt we will sell many more..bit of a shambles tbh.

There aren't season ticket holders in that part of the ground.

I haven't done a Wembley count this morning as it looks similar to yesterday. There were some sale yesterday but they were matched by some additions that City. I think City's take-up is around 27k.

Apparently they are the viagogo tickets , market not there when no title race or Haaland to drag them in

Your first paragraph misses the point completely. You and a few others couldn’t accept that there were literally hundreds of returns from third party ticket outlets. You and a few others have also swallowed the line that the club only farm out 550 tickets IN TOTAL per game to all their ticketing partners. Looking at that last night - and moreso the Forest and Leicester home games - I think it’s more likely that it’s closer to 550 tickets for each of the 8 (now 9) third party ticket outlets.

Loads left the middle of 315, by 85 mins it was sparse, shame they all missed the money shot ;)

Exactly what I put straight away on here when that figure was first produced. 8 partners = 3600. Can easily see that guess being true. There were literally hundreds of these seats together last night. Are we meant to believe the ticket partners didn't sell any? Maybe when they gave that 550 figure to City Matters they were misleading with how they put it across.

Heads should roll for their ticketing practices and yet again it's the loyal City fan that has to deal with the nauseating 'Emptyhad' jibes. Good job we have developed thick skin by now as we seem to be priced out and treated shit by the club and then attempts at national humiliation from large parts of the country on top.

I really enjoyed last night. Felt more like a game from the past and more of our 'legacy fans' in attendance. Just a shame it wasn't a full house and off the back of the success we've had its fucking criminal.

That comment is unfair. I do not side with the club over the use of ticket agencies to sell tickets. I don't know anything about this issue. I don't have any idea about the numbers but I don't feel strongly about the subject. I am more interested in ticket prices and season ticket availability.

I believe that there were a very large number of seasoncard no-shows vs Villa that were unable to be absorbed by match-day members because of the ridiculous match-day pricing. That's a simple idea and I don't know why you are searching for another issue.

If you think there's evidence for large-scale ticket sales through agencies and its impacting sales, make your observations, and make your argument and I like everyone else will listen. You don't do it by asserting a hypothesis without any supporting evidence.

Are you for real? The supporting evidence is right there on this thread with the huge swathes of empty seats all together in certain blocks of the stadium. Jesus wept!

Was in tears of laughter at that part of Marvin's reply. Restrained myself from putting anything and was waiting for you to do so. You didn't fail. Thank you.

There will have been several hundred returns from third party touts. There will have been thousands of unsold tickets that season card holders listed on the ticket exchange. That’s just the way it is atm and the sooner the touts go the better.

It’s understandable many of the season card holders couldn’t transfer their tickets to F&F for a rescheduled midweek game so soon after Easter.

Seats available on the planner (yesterdays in brackets):
  • Level 1 = 2,082 (1,998)
  • Level 2 = 971 (833)
  • Level 5 = 2,259 (2,413)
  • Total = 5,312 (5,244)
Blocks not release
  • 527 = 463 (as pointed out by Marvin)
  • 528 = 1,159
  • 529 = 1,112
  • 530 = 1,054
  • 531 = 482 (as pointed out by fathelensbellend)
  • Total = 4,270
Allocation is 36,190 less 9,582 so sales are 26,608 (26,676).

Sold minus 68 tickets since my last count yesterday.

Lots of blocks showing more tickets available than yesterday, frankly I do not trust what the official site is telling us.
