Seat Counters - 2024/25

I

Indeed, I will be there as will my mates for the 28th time. The irony is many of the fans who choose not to go are the same fans that whine when they get called plastic or when fans call us out for having empty seats. We have some shocking 'fans'. It's choice not money. Forest have sold 36,000, so don't tell me it's money. Its ' I can't be arsed' plain and simple....
How many times have Forest been to Wembley in the last 14 years???
Compare that to us..
Who really gives a fuck what some rag or dipper etc call us on the internet..
Do you know the financial circumstances if every blue that isn't going ..or maybe some have health conditions that make travelling for 10 hours plus on a match day really uncomfortable..

how come on livefootballtickets.com it shows tickets for sale in our end, are those genuine tickets?....what's to stop Forest fans buying them?

So about 27500 sold.
Makes you wonder what is the point, totally demoralising, We have to be the worst fan base in English football. City Till I Die, subject to contract.
Nah the worst fan base is the one that murdered 39 innocent Italians and then many years later held an organised party on the anniversary of the tragedy

That's exactly the point. This isn't the final so there's the very real prospect that we could be back at Wembley in 3 weeks time.

If me and my lad wanted to go on Sunday then it's £50 minimum for the tickets & £250 for the train. So that's £300 before any food or drink, plus there's the massive inconvenience of it being a 16:30 kick off. If we make the final then the match tickets and train fare will be more expensive. So people might have to potentially find over £600 in 3 weeks to watch 2 games of football.

Barring Spurs away, I've been to every Wembley (and Villa Park) visit since 2011. I can afford it, many can't. I simply cannot be arsed to go this time.

You can stick your sanctimonious, bootlicking attitude up your hoop.

Oh and fuck Forest and their inbred supporters
Or you could save £230 by getting the megabus

430pm is 90 minutes later than a traditional 3pm kick off. Are you so massively busy in your life that 90 minutes constitutes a “massive inconvenience”

You must be fucking joking..
Worst fan base in English football..
Were you there on Tuesday??
How long have you had a season ticket for?
51 years for me this season and lots of blues near me in SS3 have been season ticket holders for 35 years plus.
Just because we haven't sold out doesn't mean we aren't arsed etc..lits of our fan base are older and don't travel anymore..some do .

Funnily enough, I work for a living. So yeah, 90 minutes does constitute a massive inconvenience.

I could save money by getting the megabus but may I direct you to the section of my point when I said "I simply cannot be arsed to go"

If you're going, I hope you have a great day out

I’m not the attendance police mate, whatever you wanna do with your life is absolutely none of my business

I was just tryna point out that cheaper methods of transport are available

There's always cheaper methods, I could drive for a start. But the point I was making is that we've been blessed with so many visits since 2011, the cost of getting there (however you choose) is getting more expensive, supporters are already being pushed to the limit by the club. It's no wonder there's apathy towards this match.

But to have people on here, slagging off supporters who have made a conscious decision not to go (regardless of their reasons) gets on my fucking tits.

If anything, not selling out should be celebrated.

Imagine my surprise listening to Alex Crook just now. He has mentioned the £71 Villa tickets, and therefore the reduced attendance, and understands it’s different for City fans having been to Wembley so much in recent years.

He’s usually a cock head.

You make some good points

Personally I’ve been procrastinating over whether to buy a ticket or not because the last few times I’ve been to Wembley particularly for semis I’ve been surrounded by non hardcore blues and the atmosphere has been shite.

The apathy extends way beyond this match imo, many real blues are sick to the back teeth of the way they’re treated by the club, the first game of next season will show just how widespread that apathy is when the glistening new stand is half empty

Fair play to anyone going, I miss it being at a wedding but I couldn't say for sure if I'd have been there otherwise. Paid for Southampton and hoping to go Fulham with the potential of the final coming up. Semis at Wembley are not attractive and I would sooner prioritise these other aways over Wembley....again.

hopefully somebody reminds Talksport that this is City’s 30th Wembley appearance in the last few years before they no doubt get some clown on calling us plastic again

So since 2011 at a conservative estimate around 800,000 to 900,000 city fans have been to Wembley to watch city & we are the worst fan base in English football?
