Couldn’t agree with this more, let’s not drag it out and give people time to make their plans

UUUUUUU REDDDSSSSS.

Absolute shite their fans are. Only “song” they had.
Went into Nottingham centre for a few drinks after the game there this season, every time one of those fuckers met another random fucker in a red shirt one would go “you reds” and the other would retort “you reds”. You cunts more like

Interestingly on the m6 m42 and m40 on the way down we passed no coaches and only 1 car with City scarves, very strange. On the way back didn’t spot any. At Hilton Park services just 5 or 6 other Blues. The impression I got was that it was a very non Mancunian vibe yesterday, same in the Green Man. I assume a lot of people who don’t necessarily go regularly took the opportunity yesterday, and fair play to them cos I thought the support inside the ground was excellent

The club should let Cityzens members join cup schemes.

If they commit to every home cup game, they should be rewarded with a better chance of final tickets.

Maybe a very limited number would be possible. In theory you could be drawn away every game and then get a final ticket without ever going to a fixture. Highly unlikely of course, but it's a possibility.

I believe if it gets down to matchday members there should be some way of rewarding those who have been to more fixtures this season/the semi. Instead of the free for all the club loves in the hope of flogging more memberships.

I got some of the empty seats shite off an Everton fan last night.

I told him I had been at Goodison last week and was still waiting for a single Everton chant:

My wife and all my in laws are Everton season ticket holders of over 20 years. If they reached the semi final next season they will all go and be giddy about it because it'll be their first trip to Wembley for 10 years. If they got there again the following season would they go? Probably. If they got there for a third time? I doubt it. Would they go a 4th, 5th 6th... time like we have had to do? No chance.

The noise from the Forest fans before the game was incredible. Scoring first and so early made a huge difference. It took them a long time to recover and luckily they never got that same atmosphere back.
Being totally outnumbered I drank in a pub in Bushey with Forest fans, and they were great and knowledgeable.
I then had a couple in the Corner House in Wembley . Was OK, but of course Lewis got the usual abuse, quickly stopped by my Brother and me.
Afterwards on the Station was fine and a chat with a few Forest fans.
A great day, well done the City fans who supported the team yesterday.
Bit sad people who didn't go criticising Forest fans.
I treat people as they treat me, and I found Forest fans OK yesterday.
I also recently had a full day out at the Forest away game and they were also good there.
It seems the armchair Internet fans are the worst when lumping a set of fans together as an homogeneous group.
Can't wait for the final.

I’ve a feeling it’s more due to our crap IT systems than anything else. There is zero logic to it otherwise

I am lucky enough to have a SC and didnt go yesterday but would be more than happy for anyone who attended to get first dibs on a final ticket.
The problem with this idea is that next year (if we’re lucky enough) you’ll get thousands buying a ticket and not going just to guarantee a dib at the final ticket. However they should maybe get the chance at the sane time as ST holders who aren’t in the cup scheme.

Yes thought Forest fans I met were top class, was outnumbered in Watford pre match but they were all great and knew their football.
Like us they have a couple of knobs.

Everytime the TV crews filmed them that's all you heard yesterday lol.

Don't see why you would need to, I get to about 6 games a year but couldn't comit to a cup scheme as it wouldn't suit my circumstances. Not sure there would be as many takers for it as you think. Think it's a excellent idea myself.
