Absolutely, at the FA for price gouging. £255 & £285 for one game is scandalous.Heads should roll over this and the semi final.

You make it sound so sensible!!!But that means getting £0.00 for empties rather than a smaller % for slashed prices. Also better atmosphere tgen..PR..more appealing to much needed new players
Glaringly demonstrates a team that has had 1 Wembley appearance in 30 years against a team thats had 30 in 15 yearsThats a lot of empties for a final... have Palace sold all their £280.00 plus txts...glaringly demonstrates North / South wealth divided and disparity re wages..travel as well but mostly deeper SE home county pockets
Of course, but the FA have been charging this for those seats for a few years now. City’s ticket office should have been aware of this and got these seats on sale to the tourist/student/glory hunter fans who will pay that kind of money.Absolutely, at the FA for price gouging. £255 & £285 for one game is scandalous.
Went on on Friday, their method of selling sounded like a proper shitshowIf you think we’ve got a shite ticketing sales and points system, check out the Palace Forum, The Homesdale Online, makes our fallouts look amateur!!
They have got over a 1000 tickets left in the Wembley circle with sales resuming tomorrow.Thats a lot of empties for a final... have Palace sold all their £280.00 plus txts...glaringly demonstrates North / South wealth divided and disparity re wages..travel as well but mostly deeper SE home county pockets

All they had to do was reduce the selling criteria last Thursday and these seats would have sold. Now it’s too late.
The ticket department and decision makers are fucking idiots.Of course, but the FA have been charging this for those seats for a few years now. City’s ticket office should have been aware of this and got these seats on sale to the tourist/student/glory hunter fans who will pay that kind of money.

We can debate about ticket policy but it's price in the end. The prices are far far far too much for a major proportion of the tickets available.
Problem is it's always 'us' who get a kicking really - when neutrals and casual fans buy red cartel txtx - and Newcastle now with the meeja love in..the amount of Americans willing to pay £400.00 plus for an Arsenal (and Chelsea to some extent) league game is mind boggling - £900.oo my brother in law gets offered for his (albeit good seat) from a tout he knows for Arsenal v Liverpool / Utd and occasionally Chelsea - £1,000 for Real Madrid! He does pocket one of these a season to eat into his overpriced ST. This is the problem, clubs like Arsenal knows this goes on so £1,800.00 for a decent ST, Most 'normal fans' in London sell a few big games to touts they know - creates an overinflated market - problem is Manchester does not attract as many of these very wealthy American or Middle Eastern Families who can drop £30k on experiences in a week (because that's the ging spend would you believe according to a tout i know) Theatre txtx, best seats £2,500 for a family, tennis at Queens, £3k etc...list goes on. Clubs like ours, trying to play catch up with London based tourist attractions such as Chelsea / Spurs / Arsenal= impossible. Just another nail in the coffin for the 'prem' in terms of making the league more competitiveAgree with you 100%.
Also - the focus on City lets the FA off the hook in plain sight.
City have sold more than the initial allocation.
In addition, neutrals didnt fancy taking up THEIR allocation at the prices quoted.
That is the real issue.
Is a queer business where the punter can be blamed for a product that is overpriced.
I'm embarrassed to admit how much I spent for Istanbul Vs how much I'd be willing to spend for "another" FA cup final. It'll be the same for their lot.Glaringly demonstrates a team that has had 1 Wembley appearance in 30 years against a team thats had 30 in 15 years
yet their allocation is larger than their entire home capacity (including aways) ..so everyone who can point to Selhurst Park on a map should get one reallyIf you think we’ve got a shite ticketing sales and points system, check out the Palace Forum, The Homesdale Online, makes our fallouts look amateur!!
Both 2023 and 2024 had lots of empty spaces across Club Wembley. Utter travesty but that’s because of the prices.Am I correct in saying every cup final we have been in since 2011 has sold out?
I can't remember any not selling out.
(Community shield isn't a cup final)
Their ticketing policy and loyalty system is crackers.yet their allocation is larger than their entire home capacity (including aways) ..so everyone who can point to Selhurst Park on a map should get one really

City don't get any of the gate and won't have any concerns whatever happens.City are hoping City fans panic and buy the most expensive tickets at the last minute. Especially City fans who don't normally get the chance to see City in a cup final.
Ultimately the greedy FA are to blame as they have priced those L2 tickets. City have fucked up selling those L2 tickets.
