Does that mean there will be less nursery rhyme chants from the Rags? Ha ha they were a joke last time. I feel sorry for the genuine Salford fans though. Imagine being taken over by that bunch of total twats. In regards to Salfords away end, they've sold blocks 313-316. 317 is currently on sale and 318 is yet to go on sale.
Based on this, I'd guess they've sold 3,500 - 4,000.
Only make the guaranteed commitment on selected games and the ones they know they can tout inflated mark ups other games most games no sale no money where usually you could have got money by passing to a mate fellow blueHow can the club resell exchange seats at £25 -£35 ? Especially as they are committed to giving the season ticket holder a 19 of their season card price in the event of the ticket selling ?
They would be making a loss !
Maybe a disclaimer that the club reserves the right to sell the exchange seats at a cheaper price and in this event u get a 19 th of what it sells for ?
Finally it's hitting home, loads of empty seats at Chelsea, Spurs, Everton. Particularly surprising at Chelsea with a smaller stadium, decent form, chasing top 4, london based, but the same issues are common, restrictive ticket transfer policies, requirement for a transferee to have a £60 membership (Everton), general cost of living squeeze, declining and diluted athmospheres, and just better value competing attractions available. Not enough tourists in a February midweek to take up the slack.
Take no crap from anyone about our attendences, we are leading the fight back. The constant slide into disneyfication, and grasping for hospitality and tourist revenue at the expense of existing fans is absolutely killing the "product".

We’ve just sold out Exeter at home for a cheap price. We’ve also just sold an additional 1000+ tickets Fulham retuned because they were priced at £30.Re attendance and ticket prices, Yes I'd like to pay less but I really don't think that's likely to happen. But my question is have we, as fans have become victims of our own success? By that I mean , the additional games to take part in the Champions league, the success in the domestic cup competitions have all meant we have to fork out more to watch games. If we were in United's position this season with just league game and nothing else, the strain on our pockets would not be so great, and the potential to go to just league games would be financially easier.
A nice bit of alliteration at the end there Francis. Also due to the fact that with uefa squeezing in more euro group games it’s meant that the premier league has had to find another date to reallocate these Midweek fixtures . Putting them in darkest December and joyless January is obviously not the answer

If i put my seat on the exchange and the club couldn't sell it for £50 but could sell it to a genuine fan for £30 I'd personally be happy to receive £30 rather than the £40-45 I would be entitled to.

Spot on. If they wanted to change the format of the Champions League, that is fine. I even can just about accept/understand the Play-Off/Last 32 Round but to have that introduced as well as 8 group games as opposed to 6 group games is a farce. Also due to the fact that with uefa squeezing in more euro group games it’s meant that the premier league has had to find another date to reallocate these Midweek fixtures . Spot on. The parking situation is a fucking nightmare. Public transport links, particularly the Metrolink, are not an option for so many and even if you are able to use this the queue is an absolute jokeshop - I walk past it every game in dismay. Anyone else fancy standing in the open air and pissing rain for 20 mins? Nope, me neither.Genuinely think the issue around its more linked to the parking situation than pricing
We are playing similar amount of games to previous years, the elephant in the room is the co-op opening and no fucker being able to park anywhere
Taking a family of 4 on public transport to a midweek game in Winter, no thanks
It’s been made miles more inconvenient so people are staying away.
More like the barred from the Etihad. He could well be the bard of the Eithiad.
He has been known to compose songs and to wax lyrically.
I’m currently sat in an office in Manchester City Centre and it’s barely spitting and not windy at all outside, I’m looking out the window now… need to get back to work…Be plenty of swervers tonight with this weather
Do any of the fans reps (or whathever the title for them is these days), raise this with the club? Be intereseting to see what the take is on it?Spot on. The parking situation is a fucking nightmare. But the club doesnt give a shit because most of the Corporates get a free parking space anyway; the local and matchgoing fanbase are not of any concern to them. Used to park on Ten Acre Lane but now for no reason whatsoever, thats restricted so its either a 25 minute walk of over a mile, or pay in a car park somewhere. Used to use Vermillion but thats sometimes pre-book only and nobody seems to know when - Ive tried via the club and Vermillion to pre-book and neither seems to have an idea on this either, so its a crapshoot.
Add this up to the admission costs, cold winter nights and the games on the telly and its little wonder fans are choosing to stay at home rather than be treated with the utter contempt that we are by the club these days.
Give it an hour mate. Its torrential pretty much everywhereI’m currently sat in an office in Manchester City Centre and it’s barely spitting and not windy at all outside, I’m looking out the window now… need to get back to work…
