Seat Counters 25/26

For cup games we should give the away team the bottom two tiers and keep the top tier for our fans. Dips and others have shown they can’t be trusted to be above our fans. Sure the police would back the club on safety matters, plus less dips easier to control
Not sure your maths is correct there, surely the bottom 2 tiers hold more than the top tier so we would be taking a numbers of tickets off our own fans??

Bottom 2 tiers hold less than the top two tiers, just one of the reasons this doesn't work.
Are these figures for the South Stand approximately correct?

Top tier: 6,000 - including the taped off seats at the front.
Middle tier: 2,500.
Lower tier: 5,600.

I hate semi final seat counts. The club overestimate demand, sales slow down to a crawl, it increasingly becomes obvious we won't sell out, the jibes from the opposition (on their biggest day in the last 20 years) start. Then we get the scaremongering about fans in our end. It will be interesting to see this year if they have learned any lessons but I bet the demand for the CArabou final throws them off.

I think they are the peak for seat counters, algorithms, false dawn's, extra allocations, ridiculous criteria, disappearing blocks and ultimately 1000s of empty seats, stuff of dreamS

How would the City fans in the Colin Bell lower access the stadium, if away fans had the South stand lower?
I am on CB Lower and access between the spiral things. I have only been in SS3 twice, I presumed it was separate to the original two levels.

I thought the only access to the south end of CB lower was through entrance P (barring the disability door entrance) which would be needed for the away fans if you put them in SS Lower.

Up to the new SS3 tier, away fans got both tiers behind the goal at the South Stand for cup games. I’ve been in the SS3 and it seems completely apart from SS2 and SS1 but I could be talking bollox. Either way would prefer our fans above the dips and others ferals.

There was no tunnel club before SS3 so fans could access from the north stand end back then.
