Seat Counters 25/26

We discussed this yesterday. It's odd that they remove blocks and then put them back on sale. I don't think your stwearding suggestion is correct as they are all 90% full+. It could actually be the infamous algorithm we all discovered for the FA Cup final.
There's got to be a reason why they do it and, knowing the people running our club, I'd hazard a guess that it's definitely revenue driven.

Consequently, the algorithm suggestion holds weight.

I long for City to make ticketing open, transparent and easy though. Show every available ticket and make those tickets available to buy early on.

1892 showing left.

Should be a crowd of approx 51k, wouldn't be surprised if its announced as 3 or 4k less than that though.

Edit - looks a really good attendance.

Just a seat counting update, I have selected 3 seats but not going to buy them, but in the ground I am going to use them, and stop anyone else buying them, it's a unique situation which seat counters need to factor in
You can only hold them for 15 minutes and then you have to do it again. I did it with 2 derby ticket returns for an hour and a half last week whilst I waited for them to answer the phone (another bug in the software wasn’t allowing me to add them to my sons cards). It actually worked. When the guy solved the problem I was able to complete on them.

Seat count that.

It’s these little nuances that only real seat counters are aware of, I had an anxious 5 minutes where they left my basket at 7.55 and a family of 5 came down the row but my stealth paid dividends, you cannot buy experience

I’d estimate it at 49-50k.
Great shout in the end. Closely squares with the number of seats left showing on the planner before they got taken off sale. Perhaps a few hundred more on top of what was showing never made it onto the planner

A decent crowd in the end, considering our opening CL group games at home have historically been a tough sell
