Seat Counters 25/26

For many its not just a pricing issue now its a disconnect with City down to the direction our Execs have decided to go. I know a number of life long City fans who have held season tickets since way before the successful era are now giving those tickets up even though they can afford them.

So it was a pricing issue but now it is the direction of the execs.

How about a tenner and a rule that you must be carried into the ground in a Sudan Chair. Will that do it for you?

15 quid a pack of ciggies, £6 a pint, and I don't how much these puffas cost.

But a tenner to watch a top Premier League club

There needs to be a balance to these perceptions.

Some Older fans lose interest, City need to replace them with younger fans. And that is the million dollar question

Why don’t the Blues who say they won’t go to Gala at home game go to the Brentford QF??
Some of our fans have just got to that stage in life. A bit like the United fans who say it is impossible to get tickets. I don't judge them but perhaps they should be honest with themselves. There are lots of things about modern football I dislike but on a cold winter's day I still love having a few pints and going to the match and I know I will never change. It is a personal choice. Most Brentford tickets are cheaper than the Cinema.

Because they’ve pulled out of all the Cup Schemes after feeling they’ve needed to pull money back after so many ST price rises over the last 15 years which has seen them find ways to watch midweek games for free or even found other things to do with their midweek evenings (playing 5-a-side themselves/taking the kid(s) to football training etc.)?

Just when I questioned whether I could live without going to the game, Tuesday night came along. I was listening at home rather than at the match but I couldn't stop shaking in the final minutes and just after the final whistle. I have never felt so gripped by a game in donkeys.

Like you say, it's a personal choice and tickets vs Brentford are relatively cheap.

I hardly miss a game, im lucky, dont have work committments etc...but since the extra CL games, my motivation gets tested. However, thats not going to change. IMO, we need to scrap the new ticket transfer rules stopping u passing to a mate,, we need to scrap 'automatic refund' for transfer back to club for certain games (this backfired for leeds) and we need to grow the greater manchester fanbase - stop the scottish coaches and concentrate on growing the next generation of local blues.

I was at Fulham with my lad and thinking I’m getting too old for this. What a game and what was I thinking?! Love it!! Ha ha :)

£10, wasn't that the price for a European game a while back, mind if it was that some would want it to be £5
Not for a QF I don’t think.

But you’ve alluded to a different problem there, if you price too low then some will buy the ticket but knock it on the head on the day. Some people do that now when it’s £50+. Not me, I’m a tight arse and always like to get my money’s worth.
