Facial recognition is coming, but it will simply provide yet another obstacle
City are trying to run before they can walk and in the space of 2-3 seasons we've literally gone from complaining about the length of time spent waiting on the ticket hotline, to not really having a hotline, when we've got so many supporters still relying on one-to-one communication, and whilst maybe relatively techno savvy are struggling to navigate the ticket buying process?
Also, in business we used to joke that new customers were treated better than existing customers, but with City it's almost the other way round.
You can buy a match membership for £35 or a cityzen membership for £25, but what if you're a local family who just fancy attending a football match, and aren't really interested in getting a free scarf or whatever benefits you get for your membership fee?
I appreciate that you were trying to be helpful, but yesterday you suggested to somebody that it would only take two minutes to obtain a free supporter ID
I might have misunderstood, but if that's the case (and I was too thick to find it) then the information should be prominent on the membership page.
