Seat Exchange also contribute to the Club through our sponsorship fee, by sharing revenues from the secondary ticketing service itself, facilitating additional concession revenue from seats that would otherwise be empty, and increasing Seasoncard sales and renewals.
SeatExchange,
Using our money to pay for your sponsorship agreement is a poor excuse. You pay that money as you recieve a business advantage from advertising your brand and selling your services. Why you are using the excuse that we must help fund your advertising is unclear to me.
The point of the original user's post, is that he did not recieve a fair price for his ticket. 'Fair' is determined by market value, and £4.43 is far below the market value of that particular ticket. If anybody apart from yourselves were to sell a ticket for this price, they would be labelled a tout. I will never be using your services, and would go as far as disencouraging my fellow season ticket holders to do so. If they cannot attend, then they can pass it on to a friend instead of continuing to support your advertising.
Thanks,
Damocles
