Seats Being Removed

Every time I see empty seats from now on it's going to annoy the shit out of me that I was forced to leave a seat I've had since the new ground opened and formally in the old Kippax. All in the name of so called progress.

The worse thing is it has only just been mentioned AFTER the renewal date has passed and people have paid under the assumption they would be keeping their own seat.

Back to treating fans like fucking shit again.

Is this tongue in cheek? Can't tell. If not it amazes me how attached people get to their plastic blue seats which look like ALL the other plastic blue seats in the ground.

People get used to meeting familiar faces at the match.... strangers who become friends on match days. You get like like (or not) people, and share a bit of banter with them. A lot of people like that. So it's more than the seat for them.

It's nothing to do with the plastic blue seats but more the friends and people I've sat with for years.

I would have thought that was obvious.

Got a letter from the club today , just read again and it's only east stand south stand and family stand , so you will be ok but 3/4 of the ground won't

Mine's being permanently removed from end of row in 109 as I go on holiday for 3 weeks tomorrow rang customer services some scatty cow who basic understand was on the level of pissed up rabbit promised a call back to sort it out. still waiting, 35 years a season ticket holder they don't give a shite anymore. How can a company take money for a seat then two weeks later write to tell you it doesn't bloody exist and give three days notice FFS.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding but they aren't going to move you to the opposite end of the ground are they? I presumed you were staying in the same block, give or take one or two, so the friends you've made you will still see before and after the game. You can have a drink with them in the ground. And you'll make new friends in your new seat. No?

As others have said,
Got our letters this morning.
There are four of us having to relocate from the front row family stand. Block 136.

We have just renewed,again ,and then we get the letter regarding being relocated.

I'd like to know how they are gonna put another 3 rows of seats down there, without hindering our view,from the
f@@king cameramen.
The view that we had on the last game of the season was ridiculous.
I am not that savvy to be able to post a photo.
The cameraman wouldn't go move an inch.
He wasn't in them pits.all game.the banker.

A few of us complained on the day,but to no avail.
I also contacted the club,regarding it,
and they were dismissive, saying basically you have to suck it up,
Due to the media interest in our club the cameras basically take precedent,over the fans view or eyesight of the game.
