Sell Petrov immediately!

Surprise, surprise discontent in our midst

There's no discontent. The whole thing is based on some misinterpreted comments allegedly made in the foreign press. Add to this the fact that Petrov is a sombre bloke anyway and it all equals fans jumping the gun and deciding Petrov has to be sold as he's a bad influence, obviously (I mean now Elano has gone we need to create a new problem for ourselves).

If Petrov wants to leave then fine, I wish him all the best.

There's simply no need for people to jump to such conclusions and it irks me that we're happy to be very selective with what we read in the press and how we interpret it to our own ends.

Sorry mate you got the wrong end, it was directed at the OP. I'm right with you, it only takes 1 missed pass and its all 'get rid'. I've always supported every player, sometimes a little too long...

Petrov is a great player and no don't very frustrated but he isn't the discontent I was referring to.

Sorry mate, I wasn't aiming my comments at you but re reading my post I realise I didn't make this clear :)

Sell Petrov immediately!

That's right - and leave us with no cover apart from a promising youngster with just a handful of first team appearances just as we are trying to find a top 4 finish.

Brilliant idea - pack his bags now.

He always looks so moody though! Benjani on the other hand is always smiling...oh hang on they want him out at any cost too. I'm confused.

Its nice to think that as much as we CAN sell him we dont HAVE to sell him or anyone i order to buy.

Happy place again.

Bump - sell him NOW!!!!! He was shit tonight - he only scored one and was generally lazy.

Oh and he's a moaning bastard.

Doesn't this poster look like a t*t now!

Yea, sell him now, he went and scored the winner at the nou camp... what an absolute t*sser!!!

Seriously though. If he is unhappy, which his body language would suggest he's one hell of a professional
