I'm currently trying to purchase my semi-final ticket...
I'm on the website which has been 'processing' my application for 1 hour 20 minutes and counting.
I am on 2 phones to the ticet office:
It doesn't even tell you your position in the queue or your approx waiting time.
Just 'Greensleeves' in stereo for an hour and a half - total shambles!
Another complete and total shambles with our ticket office...
I'm currently trying to purchase my semi-final ticket...

Went on the OS at 9.15 and took about 5 minutes.
I've just counted up the number who want tickets - 79,876!
