Semi tickets go on sale?

The selling criteria on the OS is wrong.

If purchasing a junior ticket with your own, the junior seasoncard holder also has to be on the cup scheme. The selling criteria on the OS for today says any junior platinum/gold member whose parent has 8000 points and on the cup scheme.

So, by following what it says on the OS, I was getting our tickets first thing this morning, only to be told by the phone operator that I'll now have to wait until the scramble on 3 April. AARGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

Suggest you try again and ask to speak to someone who knows wtf there talking about.. My brother text to say he has ours groups, with +4 children not on the c/s

The club rangme to confirm this the other day after I emailed them.
I have just emailed Danny Wilson for confirmation.

My brother has text me to say he has got ours sorted with 4 kids not on c/s so guessing the other poster is wuming or has spoke to a jobs worth who doesn't know what he's doing..

Just rang again and sorted tickets no problem. They really do need to sort out the staff to know what they're doing and get something so simple right.

Can you guys who have booked online clarify a couple of questions for me. What choice do you have when you book your tickets, is it just price category or can you pick your stand or does it even go down to row and seat numbers. Cheers in advance.
