Just rang again and sorted tickets no problem. They really do need to sort out the staff to know what they're doing and get something so simple right.

Can you guys who have booked online clarify a couple of questions for me. What choice do you have when you book your tickets, is it just price category or can you pick your stand or does it even go down to row and seat numbers. Cheers in advance.

You can choose your price category and then it goves you the options of the blocks with available tickets in. You don't get a choice of row or set number, it gives you this once you have selected the option. You can always decline the choice given to you and go back and try again.

The selling criteria on the OS is wrong.

If purchasing a junior ticket with your own, the junior seasoncard holder also has to be on the cup scheme. The selling criteria on the OS for today says any junior platinum/gold member whose parent has 8000 points and on the cup scheme.

So, by following what it says on the OS, I was getting our tickets first thing this morning, only to be told by the phone operator that I'll now have to wait until the scramble on 3 April. AARGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

i rang this morning , im in cup scheme with 10.5K+ points but because my lads not in cup scheme was told if i want two together i'd have to wait till 3rd april until his season ticket qualifies, so thats how ive left it after over 20 minutes on hold !

It took me 13 mins - I was shocked it was that quick on the phone in the first hour.

You've probably had the same person on the phone, and they're talking bollocks. Ring up again, your lad doesn't need to be on the scheme

Just bought 1 adult & 2 kids ( only one kid on Cup scheme and neither have 8000+ points) - no problem what-so ever

after all the "press 1 " + "press 2" stuff - it took me 30 seconds to get through - wanted Block 136 where we were last time - no problem as was told lots available in there - wanted to be as high up as possible so managed to get 3 rows from back of 136.

speedy service from the ticket office - well done boys & girls in the ticket office.

There is a limited number so stop freaking
