I agree with Karen 7. I would love to see Alan Shearer's stats for his goals broken down to the number of minutes played. Just think the number of games Sergio has missed through injury, he would have smashed Alan's record long ago, if only the club had given Sergio that operation on his knee a few years back, rather than have it last season.

Hope he beats Shrek who's currently on 208 Serg needs another 51 I think. No silly injuries and this is certainly do able.

WHat I find amazing is that it was only in November last season that he broke Brook's all time record..... and he's now FORTY TWO goals past it! Within a season-and-a-half has already scored nearly 25% more than the previous top goalscorer in our history!!!

Yep. He certainly showed anyone that doubted his staying power although I’m pretty sure you’re misremembering posters saying “he needs to work and press as Pep wants him to or his days are numbered”. Luckily for us all, he did and does.

Words to that affect yes,however when some were suggesting possible destinations,money received for him,I think a few were really thinking it,and dare I say "wanting it" to happen.
