I have no reason to say you're not right. I'm just making the point that it doesn't matter that much if he can't.

I would generally agree, but there's something slightly disappointing when players or club officials are engaging with Spanish speaking media but, because of the language issue, are effectively distancing themselves from our fans.

Aguero has been the model pro on and off the pitch (odd red card aside). Him not choosing to speak English is no problem to me. Given the choice of what Aguero does and what big nose does when coming out with stupid quotes on a weekly basis to massage an already overinflated ego it'd be a no brainer.

The most pleasing aspect for me on Wednesday night was Sergio's reaction to setting Zaba up to score, it was great to see him so delighted to be provider.

PEP: I spoke ten times about this, you know my opinion. I cannot answer at every press conference about Aguero, He is so happy, so are we.

Real Madrid have decided against trying to sign Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero for now. [Guillem Balague]

if Aguero accepts his situation at City, it's a fact that Pep Guardiola will not want him to go. [Guillem Balague]

He did the same thing when Stones scored against Monaco. He was right behind ready for his Hat trick too in this case

After his 4 goals in 2 games, Kun has crept back to the top of the "best strike rate" table (based on all competitions >15 goals) for players plying their trade in the PL

Aguero: 22 goals Strike rate 1 goal every 102 minutes played.

This compares to:

Kane 22/106
Ibra 26/123
Lukaku 18/132
Costa 17/137
Sanchez 20/139

The assist side of Aguero's game is important. He can score from anywhere and everywhere, as we've seen, so you can't always fault him for taking a shot on but there have been games where a pass would have been the better option and I think if he continues to play this way he'll see that he'll still score a shed load but the team will also score more goals. Against Chelsea there was an opportunity for him to pass that would have led to a (near) certain goal (I say near, because De Bruyne's chance didn't go in when it was harder to miss!).

The front three look excellent as they were with Jesus in the side. Sterling and Sane are putting excellent balls across the box and are both looking to get into goal scoring areas when the other has the ball. Two games for Aguero to hopefully continue to score in and get firing and get back in that top scorer chart.
