the times initially had this tweet as Pep saying it was Sergio's best game for city...

Just had a peek on the caf. Can you believe people have written this about Sergio:

"He's one of the dirtiest players in football and it's always unnoticed by the media."

"A cheat and a thug"

"The most overrated player in the history of the EPL"

Not really sure why they don't like him :(

Sergio was definitely in cruise mode before Pep had a word...
He's definitely lost weight, looks a lot sharper, in fact he's not played like tonight for at least a couple of years...
His desire and hunger are back...

Very warm PiB.

Kun hasn't been right,for whatever reason & despite his goals,for 2 years.

Being 'rested',the coming of Jesus,Pep's pep talk & a few recent goals seem to have remotivated & invigorated him. He's trying to buy into Pep's plan which is not natural to him.

Let's hope we've got the new old Kun back......we're goina need him.

I love the guy, I really do, he's been one of the best 5 players in the world (IMO) in the last 4-5 years without the recognition he deserves (or would have got at certain other clubs). He'll go down as one of, if not our greatest ever player. If he stays one more season, he'll become the clubs all-time top scorer.
And yet it bothers me that after 6 years in this country he still can't do a simple post-match interview in English. I don't know why I'm bothered by it...

He doesn't want to,they will just trick him into saying something about pep or him leaving, they can't do it if he won't speak in english

I think the point the OP was getting at is that his English is a disgrace for being here so long. He can utter maybe a handful of words.

M.E.N again saying crap about aguero
Sergio Aguero demands Man City talks over his future
http://www.manchestereveningnews.co...news/man-city-sergio-aguero-transfer-12678400

and i quote this little bit of crap

City will demand a near world record fee hahahhaha what on earth the starting price will be £100 million and if pogba is £90million plus £20million to the agent then the starting price should be £150million anything below you laugh at and walk away. he is that good in spain he could easy hit 60 goals a season and for manchester city to sell where you find a 20 plus striker with records 2nd to none in the best league in the world

It seems strange to debate the qualities of a striker like Agüero, such an unrelenting gatherer of goals during his time at Independiente, Atletico Madrid and City, including two more here, taking his City tally to 158 in 238 games, but the 28-year-old is undeniably developing into an even greater, all-round threat under Guardiola.

It was clear in the way that City’s head coach applauded his No 10’s work rate, pressing and tracking back. Then in the warmth of his embrace as he substituted him. The Argentina striker contributed off the ball, as well as on, and departed to a standing ovation.
Henry Winter sums it up pretty well IMO. Nice to see someone going with the "Pep is improving Aguero" angle rather than "Arrogant Pep makes Aguero run more" or some sort of snobbish "Yeah he got 2 goals but Pep only cares about his work rate, haha silly Pep".

This is what he actually said

Sergio Agüero: "I'm not thinking about Madrid or any other [clubs]. My only focus is on playing. I have three months left to give my best."

Sergio Agüero: "I don't want to think about my future. My intention is to remain but we shall see what happens in June."

Pep: "Aguero doesn’t just run but he runs in the right moment with the right tempo. When this happens he is involved and he is so precise."

Pep Guardiola: "It’s the best Sergio Aguero ever and the best I’ve seen yet. His performance was amazing."

the M.E.N have put out a quote from a interview with Onda Cero just hope they trust it was from the horses mouth

How do you know this?

He seemingly understands it perfectly well as he responded to the interviewer's questions without requiring them to be translated.
