Or take a copy of the V5 showing Aguero on there or maybe use one of the hundreds of pictures of Sergio in it or giving it over etc.

The point wasn't about proof, the new buyer won't have their name along with Sergios on the same document. The vendor could have transferred ownership as a trader to allow that and missed a trick.
