My day has already been ruined with this news. I need more sources but it's heartbreaking to hear that

According to @maticatradio, the tests he has undergone on @aguerosergiokun show negative results and his heart condition could force him to retire.
@ESPNDeportes

The main concern for Serg is making sure he is healthy to live a lovely life with his family.

Must be hard for our legend but his health comes first and foremost

If true, he certainly has enough money to lead a happy life and take care of his life. And it will have been epic to only have scored one goal for Barcelona, against Real Madrid

If true then I agree that it's sad news that he has to call a premature end to his career and I'm sure we're all gutted for him in that respect but if it means it reduces any risk for him going forward then it's absolutely the right thing to do.

So very Sergio isn't it, that!?

Love the bloke, hope he makes the right decision for himself and doesn't put his body through anything unnecessary. It's only a game at the end of the day, not worth risking anything more serious than that.

Gutted for him but he has to put his health first. He's got nothing left to prove.

If he does have to retire because of this, whilst sad, he has had a stellar career lasting nearly 20 years that 99.9% of other footballers would be envious of, and all the highlights have been with us. Hope he has a long happy retirement with his family.

It would great to see him come back to Manchester in a few years to officially open the new extended Sergio Aguero stand at the north end of our stadium - behind the goal where the greatest premier league moment happened.

Sad for Sergio as anyone who watches him can tell how much he loves playing but as has been said he needs to think about his long-term health and his family. Take it easy, Kun.
