It is. I had it once in my early 20s whilst at work. Heart was absolutely racing for over 10 minutes until I got someone to call the ambulance. Doctors couldn't find out what had happened to cause it. Honestly thought my heart was gonna explode.

Never had it again thankfully and I hope Kun doesn't either.
