The poor bloke's had no luck at all over the past couple of years with injuries and now a health scare. Hopefully he'll make a full recovery but maybe it's time Sergio considered retirement.
Coincidentally, I saw one of the Air Ambulance programmes last week, where the patient was a farmer suffering from tachycardia. The doctor on board, a consultant anaesthetist, got him in the ambulance sent out, sedated him, and gave him a quick jolt with the defib to shock his heart back to a normal rhythm. It worked a treat!Really hope he’s ok.
He has a history of heart issues going back to his teenage years and I hope he puts his recovery and long term health ahead of trying to get fit to play again.
Link below from 4 years ago references the history.

hope he is ok and its not any heart problems
its sounds like a panic attack like i was having last year and its scary
everybody feels the pressure of covid-19 and anxiety can kick in and for some people it takes over your body
without knowing it. i called them pressure banks you store and don't release or forget to release them and next thing your brain thinks ok enough is enough and shuts off
i had about 10 to 20 in a short space of time and was took to A&E about 4 or 5 times and under covid-19 lock down it was like a war zone with everything closed off and locked down
good look sergio and get well soon
