It's less than two weeks before we even entertained this transfer.

FFS, get a grip.

He will be a City player when it matters.

You should be celebrating the prospect not letting 'outsiders' bring out insecurities.

Liverpool is bullshit, Madrid, seemingly too many obstacles, both financial and political.

I'm not going to elaborate on this, but you getting a certain confidence from what is exuded by others.

Nail me to the cross, I'm off to get my little lad an Aguero shirt.

Don't ask me when, don't ask me how, just don't doubt my conviction thy will be done.

This would have been more appropriate ;) ......

Has any jurnos said anything about this transfer this morning lads?

Ive been up since 8ish and haven't heard a thing mate. Will still be early in usa and south America.

for me id go n get eto a proven goal machine who would do it for us both in europe n the league.i think its dangerous to go in with mario, edin n kun if tevez goes.imo eto would take the pressure off the others with his experience in europe esp as we want to push for the league this time as well.but thats just my opinion

Edited for better results ;). Dont understand the hype around Dzeko, hes living off his reputation in Germany, since hes been here hes been shite. Call me a rag i dont care. Also hear the 'we arent playing to his strengths' yet nobody seems to be concerend that we havent bought a winger who can cross a ball which would be playing to Dzekos strengths.
Anyway back to Kun :)

Not gonna call you a rag but you couldnt be more wrong about Dzeko, he has most definitely not been shite since he signed (in the middle of the season, in a different league) and this season will go from strength to strength with or without crosses being whipped into the box.

As for Balotelli, I cant wait to see him link up with both Aguero and Dzeko

Thats fair enough but what has he shown that makes you think hes going to be a success? Hes scored a couple of goals which Jo would have put in, his touch is mediocre and you cant blame that on a new league, he has no pace and doesnt seem to have a footballing brain because his movement isnt that good either.
Im willing to give players a chance but when you spend £30m on a player and he shows virtually nothing for 5 months its not a good sign. THe likes of Balo and Silva adjusted straight away, maybe Dzekos a very slow learner aswell as a slow runner.[/quote

Sorry, but WTF!

What's up with some people on here who start slating new players (top world class players mind!) after just 4 months of non regular football after changing leagues / countries. Dzeko has been a model pro, not moaned once, learning a new language (some on here can barely speak one!) & seemed as pleased as our homegrown lads at winning the cup. For god's sake Thierry Henry wasnt pulling up any trees for about 18 months before he started to come good ( LOOK HOW SHIT HE TURNED OUT!) & Dzeko's way ahead of him already in terms of adapting.
TIME!!! IT TAKES TIME.
THE CLUB PUT IN ABOUT 12 MONTHS WORTH OF RESEARCH & MONITORING WORDWIDE, BEFORE SELECTING A CHOSEN FEW TRANSFER TARGETS (WHICH BT THE WAY ARE THE CREAM OF WORLD FOOTBALL) BUT IF THEIR FIRST TOUCH IN A BLUE SHIRT IS A LITTLE HEAVEY SOME OF THE "SUPPORTERS" ON HERE THINK, "FUCK IT HE'S SHIT!" & BEFORE THE MOANERS START WITH " BUT THIS IS A FORUM BOLLOCKS", YOU ARE THE FIRST ONES TO START GROANING & BOOING AT THE GAMES, WHICH OBVIOUSLY A BOOST TO THE PLAYERS CONFIDENCE & HELPS THEM SETTLE DOWN QUICKER!

SOMETIMES I THINK THE BIGGEST HURDLE WE FACE AS A CLUB IS OURSELVES.
APOLOGIES FOR THE CAPS, GRAMMER & ANY TYPO'S. GOING FOR A LIE DOWN.

LOL... you think Jo would have put those 2 away in the europa cup at home... or the one at Blackburn where he controlled and passed it into the net...

That goal at blackburn, felt like one of the most important goals of the season at the time, along with hindsight was his first goal in the fa cup!

Or the one that kept us in the FA Cup, interesting how people seem to forget that one.

The thing is mate... there are some that just like to be heard... no matter how fucking stupid they appear... Loads of them on here now!
