He’s not £50m.So a player who's capable of playing in a variety of different positions with characteristics that we severely lack. Add to that he'll be a depth singing and not signed as first choice. What's not to like?
Here is a prime example of half arsed attempt at sounding knowledgeable and having good foresight. Of course that goes against the indisputable fact which is the good results we've gotten with our non traditional LB's going on 6 years now. What is this BS narrative about not having any good players in that position all these years.I think my critisism for not going for a proven top target is we’ve had so many problems with this position and taking another chance with this kid just feels unnecessary. Angelino was a good signing but never world class like Cancelo and Walker. Zinchenko wasn’t neither. And here we are again, another chance taken in a very problematic area. I could be wrong about this signing and I hope I am, but I feel going down this road - AGAIN - just feels a bit like ’why?’. We clearly got the additional 10-15m to get Cucurella and he has stats proving he’s be a key signing.
I guess time will tell. Enough complaining from my part.
Until he doesn't sign and then he'll be useless,Never heard of him until 15 minutes ago but I can say with full confidence he is world class and will single handedly solve our LB issues for the next decade plus
Well he won't concede any penalties for handball.Breaking news.

I think it's just frustration.
All everyone wants is a proper and good left back.
Losing Cucurella after all the hype has pissed a few people off.
They'll get over it soon. :-)
I know I shouldn't say this, but he never really was all that good. He had a mean cross on him. That was it.It’s hard to get excited about LB assist from crosses videos after Angelino. He looked so good before he came back and never really challenged for a place
