Imagine you get news 10 minutes before the kickoff that you have -10 points. So they wait until 8:20pm to announce it. What kind of league and country is this?
Before first -15 points they were fighting with Napoli for the title it was 6 points lead and they play head to head just before the game they are handed -15 points. Im rooting for west ham, City and Sevilla to destroy Serie Ass in the finals
