The MUEN reported yesterday that City haven't yet clinched top spot in the group. Seeing as City are 3 points ahead of Dortmund with a better head to head this is incorrect irrespective of tonight's results.
"Manchester City find themselves in a luxurious position heading into their last Champions League group stage match of the season.
Although top spot is not yet secured in Group G, a major collapse from the Blues against Sevilla is the only way they would be prevented from facing a second-placed qualifier in the round of 16."
These are the criteria in order for clubs level on point at the group stage.
