It seems the area underneath and behind Piccadilly are a good place for a sex drive.
The retired railway men going in their club in Store Street used to love being thought of as potential clients.

i used to love it in there. My old Grandad god rest him was a retired railwayman and he got his moneys worth of subsidised dark ale in there. Great boozing haunt. Is it still there?

Not sure.They used to rent it out to various clubs and associations for monthly meetings. We were moved to another railway club in Deansgate Station. l have a vague memory of seeing George Weah in his yellow boots on the TV in there.
I went along Store Sreet after the palace match and think it was still open but wasn't on the mood to be observant then.
