When I was working I got called in before for something I said to woman. I was out cleaning in the yard and the fat woman threw a smoke to the ground when the bin was right beside her and was doing it for weeks. I snapped called her back and she blanked me so followed her into her office with the butt and said to her. " Miss Piggy put your cig butt in the bins ". I found out latter that she went to the MD about it and I was called into the office for the meeting. She was claiming I call her Miss Piggy as in I was slagging her weight. I said not a chance I was slagging her over her weight more so as a Irish phrase Piggy Dirty. To cut the story I got off with a warning which pissed me off as I didnt do anything wrong. She went on the sick so called sick for 2 weeks the fat woman.

You got off lightly, bullying and harrassment are sackable offences.
