I bought the box set of the first 3 Star War films, and ended up giving it away a couple of weeks later. They really haven't stood the test of time - utter shite. Some of the worst acting I've ever seen, and I include Daniel Radcliffe in that.

Kind of agree,the critics got an hardon for it,but it was just basically ordinary.

Spot on. Withnail and I is another one that ticks the same boxes. It's the done thing to like it but, in reality, it isn't a very good film. Maybe not shit, but very ordinary.
