I can't see any sense in playing any one who is playing in the derby next weekend,wasn't the idea of winning all our group games before this and securing 1st place so we could use this as an opportunity to rest players? Especially before such a huge game.
This game is meaningless at this point for us win or losr it doesnt change a thing for us.And the only bonus is we could get to see how some young lads like dozen diaz etc get on.
We have an insane amount of games coming up and there won't be a better opportunity to rest players than this.

I expect Mou will have the same attitude - rest as many players as possible as they have qualified from their group. And they don't have to travel so they'll be fresher for the Derby.
All our fringe players should at least start

In my very humble opinion, in order to be a big, successful club, you have to play to win every game... always.

I suspect that beating the Filth, especially at the Cesspit, is so important emotionally to us long (long) time City fans that there is a danger of worrying too much when we don't need to.

Pep has proved to me that he knows what he is doing and I support his decisions... they are based on stuff I have no idea about.

"New" City has more than enough in all departments to win both matches this week.

Think BIG and Believe...

Go for a win... each and every game.

That's my guess.

He will rest Delph and Kompany coz they can't play 2 games in 4 days. Dihno, Fave and Kev to keep the machine's core fresh ( I know Kev can't play). And he'll rest Jesus as I think he'll be the league game starter

If that's the case the entire squad will be going,.
