Shakhtar(H) - Post Match Thread

Zin was amazing yesterday - My only problem with him before is that he has been a little bit shaky defensively and also had some sloppy moments in passing, causing counterattacks, however, that Delph and Mendy are also guilty of. Would love to see him staying and fight for a place, seems like a nice lad that fits right in in the squad.

I've only just finished watching the match and deliberately hadn't looked at the sports pages today. This morning I was waiting for my car to be serviced and somebody was reading the Daily Fail. I couldn't miss the back page about Stirling apologising and from the tone of the headlines assumed he'd been sent off and lost the game for us. They really are a load of t...ers !! Anyway, what a performance. We were super good. Bring on the rags.

Agreed CB but 2 draws will do it for us.

It's not really a concern we have not qualified yet in fact it keeps us on our toes.

Losing your first match and getting through after 4 games would happen once in a bluemoon if that anyway.

While it won't impact what they do on Sunday Manure winning in Turin albeit one they shouldn't have got close to winning is possibly better for us than them getting walloped on the scoreline.
Never like to leave it to the last game!

That is a complete myth. Having that block of away fans next to our singing ends makes no difference at all to the our fans singing - over the last few years in particular.

Operation one end has barely been tried. Having one complete singing end is miles better then having two separate blocks of fans divided and singing different songs. It’s needs to be done over a season and in the big games. Not just the odd the cup game

So why did it fail when it was tried? it isn't a myth.

Has anyone mentioned the Wolves lad who knowingly cheated and punched the ball into the net against us this season should have owned up and allowed City to immediately go up the other end to score?

Nope, thought not.

If I recall, it was greeted by smirks and shit happens.

99% of this thread has and rightly so, no one outside of us though. Strange that.
