Which bit of what i've wrote above is'nt correct....the kid chatting about a curve shot is on the money cause unless i'm seeing things he comes off his line when theres no need and stays on it for crosses into the 6 yard box...if you think thats world class then thats your own business. If we're reckoning to get serious then the players will be looked at seriously....like i said earlier Corrigan for his last 5 years was a more complete keeper than Shay.
Which bit of what you wrote made fucking sense you mean!
he come off his line 3 yard to narrow a supposed angle that wa'nts there (the striker was sniffing down the cente line)........righto okay, so I can picture Shay coming off his line by three yards when - in your opinion - it was unnecessary to do so. But 'the striker was sniffing down the centre-line'...wtf???? What centre-line?!
Okay I will assume the striker is running, with the ball, down the centre of the pitch towards goal. I hope I have that correct.
unfortunately for City the striker seen the non productive 3 yard shift and simply lifted the ball high left (which passed the goal line at shoulder height) with Given stranded and even the notion of a dive futile....where it would'nt have been had he stayed put
The first bit is self-explanatory. The striker noticed Given leave his line and shot towards the top left corner...yes? but then.......'which passed the goal-line at shoulder height'....eh??? So now he's shot across the goal-line? Huh??
Okay so now we have to assume the striker was on the goal line the whole time. And maybe Given had come out anticipating a cross from him.
Thankfully only the striker clocked the inappropriate move from Given and it certainly was not chalked up
So the ball whizzed past the far post? I'm sorry, I am genuinely guessing here. Or maybe it went ominously across the goal but thankfully no-one else had spotted the opportunity created by the blundering buffoon Shay?
it was nevetheless a shot from enough distance that could be well enough seen, hit with medium pace.
So the striker shot from a fair old distance?....across the goal-line?....and Shay had come out anticipating a cross? This is all conjecture from me because your description made no....fucking....sense...at all.
For Gods sake dont offer your services to commentate for the blind at games. You'll have their heads spinning.
And your point about Shay not being as complete a keeper as Corrigan. That may be so (though argueable) but its also like enjoying a really tasty meal in a restaurant but complaining to the management because you once had a better meal on holiday in Corsica.
In conclusion....you're an idiot.
