Shay Given

Cheers for the info mate, even though I'm always skeptical until I actually see the player in a city shirt. Good news though and has cheered me up at least. CTID.
 
If Given coming depends on Newcastle getting Ned then I hope City pull out of this deal as well (if there is to be a deal) as if he stays fit Ned will be an excellent player.
 
I'm struggling to believe anything at the moment, hope its true though and that ned or johhno aren't involved in the deal

Haven't got a clue mate.

I got a txt on the 27th saying Given was in Wing's restaurant in town with his agent and should be on his way to us.

No point in posting that because it didn't mean much. Now i've been told he is coming to us.

From the same source that came out of a player/staff meeting informing them about Joe Kinnear taking over as Interim Manager, i posted that before it happened so this source should know if Given is on his way or not.
