Respect between both managers and backroom staff today was a refreshing change.!
Without Aguero, i do think our best side at the moment is 5 (6 including Cancelo) midfielders playing wherever they want.Playing with 1 striker scored 1 goal
Last game played without any striker and ended up scoring 5 goals !
Is the team playing better without any striker ?
Seems we always need a whipping boy, even when we win 12 on the bounce.it seems kyle is the new whipping boy since gundo is on form and ffs on the bench.he has been excellent all year
Jenas being very effusive about us on MOTD.
Yes. Go back to playing a midfielder in the false 9 role. I understand why pep made the changes and it is good to have different options if we are going to achieve anything this season. We control midfield and bombard the opposition defence without a forward.Playing with 1 striker scored 1 goal

Soz, it's the buzz that fucked up me geometry :) it's sort of a diamondI’m not sure if I understand fully but I like it
I agree. Kyle was one of our best players last season. Coming back into the team today he was poor. But ffs cut him some slack. This season we will need all the squad. He is much better defensively than Cancelo and there will be critical moments this season when Kyle is crucial. Pep knows what he is doing.

Particularly on Zinchenko and what he does in the team.Jenas being very effusive about us on MOTD.
I thought it was good analysis about Zinchenko, I hadn't really noticed him in the game live, but it was a bit Gareth Barry esque, sometimes you need an analysis to appreciate what he brings, he does appear a lot for a pass when others are in trouble, and he doesn't give it away much. Once again he's fought his way into this team, and earned his place.Very positive about zinchenko

He might, but if he does I think Cancelo will be on the left.i disagree & today Walker played as he was told. He was in the team as defensive security against pace on the break, I think he’ll get the nod against the Dippers.

I thought we had some poor performances today, Walker first half in particular (trying too hard ?), Torres generally kept giving the ball away, and in positions that allowed them to break, Gundogan was quiet I thought, Jesus again not great (goal apart, and that took a couple of touches).
Haha, there's no hiding it.Might have known a Rag

I liked that too, and Tbf to the lad he gets pelters for mistakes but has never really been given a go in midfield where he might do a job.I thought it was good analysis about Zinchenko, I hadn't really noticed him in the game live, but it was a bit Gareth Barry esque, sometimes you need an analysis to appreciate what he brings, he does appear a lot for a pass when others are in trouble, and he doesn't give it away much.
