I am afraid this won't help.This can be of use when it is just about words not a sentence.Anyway why using translators when you have an Arabic guy here ;)

Lets get one big enough for the whole of the home south stand. It would look great hanging from the upper tier along the full length of the home section. Just like they do abroad. We'l easily get enough money.

Something this long and wide, but to fit the South stand. Quality.
