I'm watching Fox News and experts in there say that from his vantage point it was like shooting fish in a barrel. Nobody could hide or get away from
Those bullets. Being able to get up that high was a weapon in itself, if he was at street level
He would not have been about to do as much damage on his own. Weapons scanners could have saved many lives.

When I went to Israel for work a few years ago my briefcase or suitcase was hand-checked at every public place I entered except the office I was visiting. Restaurants and hotels.

He set up in a hotel room. Pretty easy to smuggle weapons in when there's no scanners and setting up wouldn't have taken him long.
