There's another video of the fucker brazenly reloading his weapon, shooting at a couple of cars, them getting onto his scooter and buzzing off down the road. I'm.not sure what their police are doing, surely they must have a helicopter up? He's not exactly inconspicuous either dressed in a bright orange jacket and hat.
